The quickest way to get an offer is to call us or walk into our showroom on Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Tell us what you have, whether it is gold, diamonds, an engagement ring, estate pieces, coins, jewelry or a watch, and we give you a free appraisal on the spot. We test and weigh everything in front of you, explain how we reach the figure, and never pressure you to sell.

Call for a free appraisal, or stop by the showroom during our open hours.
What to bring
- A photo ID. New York City law requires a buyer of second-hand jewelry and precious metals to record who it buys from, so bring a current driver’s license, state ID or passport.
- The items themselves. Loose gold, scrap, broken chains, coins, rings and watches are all welcome, and you do not need to clean, polish or sort anything first.
- Any boxes and papers you still have. For a luxury watch the original box and papers help the offer, and for a diamond any grading report is worth bringing along.
You do not need an appointment to drop in, though a quick call ahead lets us have the right person ready, which helps for a large estate lot or a high-value piece. If you are selling a Rolex or another high-end watch, the luxury watch buyers page explains exactly what we look for before you come in.
Visit the showroom, or call first and we will tell you what your item is worth.
Questions people ask
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk in during our open hours and we will appraise your items while you wait. A quick call ahead is helpful for a large estate lot or a high-value watch so we can have the right person on hand, but it is not required.
Do I have to sell right away?
No. The appraisal is free and there is no pressure to sell. We tell you what we can pay and explain how we reached the figure, and you decide. If you choose to sell, we pay cash once you accept the offer.
